How Do I Know My Most Fertile Days

Fertile days within monthly cycle are few days before ovulation occurs. What make those days fertile is the type of cervical fluid that is been produced by the hormone estrogen. When the fluid is fertile, it will be able to keep sperm alive until the egg is released or dropped for fertilization to take place.

Within the six fertile days of each cycle, the probability of conception is lowest on the first day and high in the rest of the days. This is most relevant for the earliest days in the menstrual cycle, which is the most likely to be the earliest and least fertile day of the cycle.

Fertile days are days that there is possibility for conception. Within the fertile days there is a peak day which is the most fertile day of all. If you should have sex during your fertile time or day and insured that you hit the peak day, you will greatly enhance your ability to conceive.

To identify your fertile days or times during a monthly cycle can be done by thorough checking and observing changes from your body like seeing milky, creamy or lotion like cervical fluid, which is accompanied by wet vaginal awareness. The last day of milky, creamy or lotion like fluid can be considered your peak day If you do not produce egg white cervical fluid. When using the waking body temperatures or cervical position, it is easier to know when your fluid is becoming more fertile. Temperatures may start to fall, your cervix will start to rise and become soft and open.

Be warned that having sex during the fertile days is not sufficient to produce pregnancy. Here, pregnancy depends on the viability of the sperm and egg, the receptivity and good condition of the uterus, and other factors which varies among couples.
